My interest in photography is now to use the camera as a creative process, not merely as inspiration for my paintings.  Photography is about knowing some technical stuff, it's about ideas, it's about having the eye to see the shot and it's certainly about having some luck.  I've recently become a  member of a small group of international professionals  who have the same interest in photography, outside their everyday professions. The group is called International Society of Bad Assed Photographers [ISOBAP]. We each have an album for our own images; there is also a monthly competition based on specific subjects that are chosen in turn by individual members. We seldom all agree on the winning image, but that is half the enjoyment. Here are some examples of my photographs.
